Before I explain how to reduce the gas and bloating you might be experiencing, I have good news...

Gas and boating is actually a GOOD thing!

Some of that gassiness and bloating happens as your gut microbiome shifts and more “good” bacteria begin to kill off the bad bacteria. The gassiness and bloating is actually a sign that some of your bad bacteria are dying off, which means it’s working!

It’s the equivalent of being sore after working out. It’s simply what happens as your body becomes stronger. But it generally goes away as your body adjusts.

Here's How To Reduce It

  1. Decrease how much you’re taking until it subsides (if you’re only taking 1 per day now, decrease to 1 every 2 days, etc.).

  2. Once you feel better, slowly increase it back up to 1 dose per day. You can even try once every other day until your stomach strengthens and can handle once per day.

  3. Watch how much additional fiber you're eating. Everyone is different and can tolerate different levels of fiber, so experiment and see what works best for you.

  4. Supplement with a good quality digestive enzyme. Most gas and bloating occurs because you don't have the proper digestive enzymes to break down fats, proteins and carbs. Enzymes can help boost your ability to do that, which reduces gas and bloating.

I hope that helps!
